Pine State Plumbing, Heating, Refrigeration and HVAC Services was founded in September 1995 by Sam Marcissco and fellow owners Lee Nicely, Terry Davis, and Chris Cote, who bought the company from Maine Properties when it was called MPI Plumbing & Heating.
In August 2000 we teamed up with Craig Herrick Heating & Cooling to offer our customers the best in residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration. Our acquisition of this outstanding company brings the best technicians in plumbing, heating and cooling all under one roof. In fact, every member of our service staff is a licensed technician, and all passed state licensing. Our guys regularly receive additional training, especially with many the new industry developments. They know how to troubleshoot, install and service.
We also expanded our Remodeling Division, which offers customers custom designs and custom cabinetry for bathroom and kitchen remodeling jobs.
We offer same-day “Sudden” Service for our Maintenance Plan customers, because we know that fast service is extremely important to you. So before we start the job, you’ll know the exact price. That ensures we get the job done right. We are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
